Dr. Katy Fleming is a board eligible pediatric dentist. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and then moved to sunny Phoenix, Arizona, to teach fourth grade for two years with Teach For America. While teaching, she met a pediatric dentist who inspired her to return to school and obtain her DDS from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She completed her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Columbia University-New York Presbyterian Hospital. She is certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Dr. Katy is an active member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Katy believes the most important part of her job is creating a safe and positive environment for her patients and their families. Her work with patients is guided by an honest commitment to dialogue and individualized, personal care.
Dr. Katy loves to travel and has had the privilege of providing dental care in places as far as Guatemala! When not traveling, Dr. Katy also loves reading, playing board games, and exploring the New York City area with her husband.
